Welcome to my campaign website. Sit down a bit, kick off your shoes, get comfortable, and let's talk about the City of Ithaca and the Second Ward that is Powered by the People

The Second Ward is the heart of Ithaca and the home to many. We who live, work, and play in and around downtown make that heart beat. In essence, we power Ithaca. We also want to help make this city better.

As someone deeply involved in helping that heart beat -- through various local agencies and helpful causes -- I continue to be humbled by the confidence and comments heard in my conversations with many people across this city, especially in the Second Ward. All of these voices -- from neighbors to community leaders -- urge me to represent their voice on Common Council. They've made me appreciate a lesson learned while growing up: when the community calls, the question is rhetorical. The answer is not "if" but "when."

I want to work for you to make sure City leaders hear our collective voice. Let's be more involved -- and stay positively involved -- in what happens in Ithaca. We must make sure City Hall always remembers that we make this City's heart beat.
